I joined the team in 2025 as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Management Specialist, with a strong focus on people, performance and practical support across the business.

I work closely with managers and in-field coordinators to ensure our teams are set up for success, while making sure our clients have the right resources on the ground. A big part of my role is building capability - giving our merchandisers the knowledge, training and confidence to deliver strong outcomes.

I take a hands-on, collaborative approach to HR, supporting both leaders and team members across the employee lifecycle with practical solutions that make a real difference.

What I value most about FIT is the culture and genuine support across the business. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive environment where people feel comfortable, respected and able to do their best work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling and making the most of life on the Gold Coast - just not on roller coasters.

I have been part of the FIT Merchandising family since 2024, and it has been quite a journey. What started on the refit and tactical side of the business has evolved into leading and managing New Zealand clients and overseeing merchandising operations across 40+ stores nationwide.

For me, leadership is about people first. I make sure my team is always guided toward clear and achievable goals, with the right training and support behind them to get there. When my team succeeds, we all succeed and that drives everything I do.

What I enjoy most about my role is the client relationships. There is nothing more rewarding than engaging with our clients and delivering a service that genuinely makes a difference to their business. FIT Merchandising is a people-first company, and that is something I am truly proud to be part of. The continuous support, the inspirational leadership, and the real opportunities for growth make this more than just a workplace, it is somewhere you can build a career and develop as a person. Outside of work, I am always looking to develop new skills and expand my knowledge, because growth does not stop when the workday ends. I am also a passionate music lover, enjoy keeping fit through weightlifting and cardio, like to test my skills over a game of 8-ball, attempt to keep my bonsai alive, and unwind with video games.

I started with FIT last January 2026 and am the state manager for Victoria and Tasmania, and manage around 30 merchandisers, on top of also co-ordinating tactical projects.

I am committed to working closely with our clients to help achieve theirs and our goals, and to implement mechanisms to drive product sales and growth as a team.
