When you become our client, we get to know each other through our thorough onboarding process, and then guide you through our transparent systems and processes. Your dedicated Client Services Manager (CSM) project manages every step, is your central liaison point, and provides proactive and helpful support to meet your KPI’s.
Our expertise lies in executing merchandising strategies to drive sales for our clients and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. From the moment you sign up as a client we will guide you through our transparent and systematic process; from understanding your specific needs to ensuring your products are seen and fully understood by customers.
STAGE 1: Client needs assessment
- Determine client needs with a Discovery session with FIT Merchandising Executive team
- Call with business directors to further qualify client needs
- Costings and detailed presentation of FIT Merchandising services
- Introduce Client Services Manager (CSM)
STAGE 2: Client onboarding process
- CSM meeting with client to collect relevant information on products and conduct in store walk
- Reporting systems in place with bespoke reports, objectives, surveys based on client requirements
- FIT State Managers meet with client’s local reps for training and building relationships
- Merchandising team receives thorough training in all aspects of products
STAGE 3: Merchandising and sales optimising
- Merchandising of client products in retail stores
- Ongoing communication with client to ensure expectations are met and optimise activity
- Client and CSM participate in ongoing improvements and growth opportunities – in store monitoring, promotional strategy
